Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so if you are looking for a decadent chocolate dessert, then the “Death By Chocolate” cake is a tasty choice. This cake is not only easy to make, but also delicious to eat and will satisfy any chocolate craving that may required for your Valentine’s celebration.

Death By Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 box Devil’s Food Cake

1 – 3 oz. (102 gr) pkg. vanilla instant pudding

1 cup sour cream

4 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup water

12 oz. (2 cups) chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips, and beat with electric beater for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for exactly 1 hour. Once cooled, turn cake out and cover with chocolate icing, chocolate chips (white and dark) chocolate bar pieces (Kit Kat, Mars bar, Snickers, etc) and finish off by drizzling melted chocolate over the cake. Serve with whipped cream, coffee ice-cream or any other ice-cream flavour of choice. Enjoy!
